ABOUT ME

Hello, I am Priya Singh, a senior Graphic Communications student at Clemson Univeristy! Through my classes, I have gained knowledge about not only design, but also printing and inks. Learning how to work a press and how ink affects substrates has changed how I design my works.

Beyond classes, I have taken two internships that gave me irreplaceable skills and experiences. My first taught me how to adjust my style properly to create what the consumer has in mind. It also upgraded my skills in Adobe Illustrator and group collaboration!

I would say the most notable experience I've had as a Clemson student was my second internship at Osborne Wood Products located in in Toccoa, Georgia. Each day at Osborne brought new challenges. Some days were fast-paced and some were slow and steady. I always had something to do-whether it was creating several infographics for an online article or updating product images for the website. At Osborne, I learend how to work in a corporate setting and how to communicate effectively with my peers. It was a wonderful experience that settled the foundation of my design style and who I want to be.
